That’s why they filed the 15-12g suspending duty which caused the change in reporting status with otcmarkets.

They can drop unaudited anytime. Even if they drop now, it will most likely hit EM because otcmarkets is slow AF. If they do file asap and otcmarkets in their infinite wisdom deems no issues with the filing we can bounce off EM quick but this should not even be in this scenario. They should have reacted much sooner…..inept governance imo. Morris needs to get some better people in charge here.
