DWAC is currently an empty shell. TMTG is still a private entity and may not be privy to paying 18 mill SEC extortion to be a public entity.



Dwac is a broke empty shell,
TMTG is private and wasn’t privy to Dwac’s agreement to pay the SEC 18M, so they are going to renege on the agreement and stiff the SEC.
