i beg your ecsl pardon
i bot a lot of ecsl at the low of .08 in march of 2020. in july they announced the intentions of buying land in tampa and the price went up to where you mentioned, thereafter. anyone that has been in this stock for as long as you have been around and me, for that matter, have had the opportunity to make lots of money.....unless they bot at 3 bucks then sat on it. so many runs over a dollar and then retreat to .20 or in this case in 2020 to .08. (i missed the .05, which doktor dshade mentions now and then). vision and patience is required. good luck to ecsl and all, as i know some here do understand the game.
