If the company meet the requirements to be listed, the conviction won't matter.
Lot's of companies loose to them and are still listed.

I believe you are correct... he will be found guilty, and the SEC will win the case.

Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
