Someone is manipulating or NOTE HOLDER not done yet...REGARDLESS it sux atm but allows some to load or bring avg down which I did, but we know they are meeting with them to take care of this note.. WE KNOW HOW FASt THE PPS MOVES UNENCUMBERED BY ASSHOLE NOTE HOLDER PLAYING WITH IT...WIll get there...later. IT ALLOWING ALL THESE RETAIL MM SHARKS TO LOAD...AND SELL TO INVESTORS...COMPLETELY SUX HOW THEY MANIPULATE THIS.
