Whatever happened to June will be the month… All I can say, I’ve seen similar shells start out after Mark in January last year with merger completed & under 30 days remaining on the FINRA 180 day window for ticker change approval.

It’s not a Fortune 500 company with multiple countries in play here. You realize we are in Mid July……The typical spin where it takes time, attorneys reviewing documents, doing it right starts to sound outlandish month after month. There is either no sense of urgency to move things along, attorneys handling this are incompetent or both of the above.

The fact remains there is not 1 accomplishment by mid July from Mark and team. Maybe it’s being withheld due to merger being all set. Either way I figured when you started in January you would provide some insight to Mark on improving the company exposure, making better decisions on what attracts new investors, communication and overall performance. However, it’s actually gotten worse YTD and a -60% performance from around this time last July is absurd.

Each week this grows more irrelevant as whatever strategy you guys have in place isn’t a very good one. Mark, Bill the absent IR guy and the rest of the team need to Get in the game.
