I would need confirmation on that but if that is true, I would call for heads to roll. That would be an absolute shocker to shareholders. Not sure why Nio did not use the strategy of selling shares into the market to raise capital. Not that hard to do.

Again, I will need validity before going going further will your hypothesis. That would be an all time low for any management to do that to long shareholders. I am sure the Belgians would go bonkers if this was the case. Still have not found any site that shows Kingdon as having a stake in Niocorp but I will keep looking. Might ring their office to get any info but I doubt they would tell me. I know I would not if I was in their shoes.
