All PDIV/GNCP/USAL energy has been focused on returning PDIV to Pink status and PDIV acquiring USAL. No energy has been spent on GNCP.

An update on GNCP's future has been promised within seven days. Will this be good news for GNCP? Or will PDIV extricate itself as GNCP's major shareholder and move on with the prize? Or will we hear nothing but crickets? We all know how promises have lapsed in the past. No warm and fuzzy feeling here right now.

GNCC Capital, Inc. confirms that Premier Development & Investment, Inc. (OTC: PDIV) will be issuing a statement in respect of its intentions as to GNCC's future in its capacity as GNCC's largest shareholder (and funder); and within the next 7 days.
