People who have decided the reward is greater than the risk and are holding or buying — I have no criticism of them.

People who believe the risk is greater than the reward but hold anyway, I sympathize with them.

People who proclaim that Air Force funding is a HUGE SLAM DUNK but from what I can determine do not appear to be taking advantage of the buying opportunity, I believe are being hypocritical.

People who have given up hope and closed their positions (many at a loss) deserve respect for acting on the courage of their convictions.

People who believe Air Force funding is a HUGE SLAM DUNK and are buying every share they can possibly afford also deserve respect. If such people exist, their numbers are small and their finances are otherwise quite strained. But they would be acting on the courage of their convictions as well.
