Stock has been suffering from gross amounts of dilution. When notes were converted it seemed like dilution was done, but it appears that the company is selling additional shares that were not expected

Also, side note, the three people running this company are all in their late 70’s/early 80’s. I’m shocked the geezers can even operate an otc ticker.
