Actually both you guys are right. Almost all companies that RS end up being big losers. I have held several that ended up going bankrupt. I did however own one small oil drilling company Texas Oil & Gas in the 1990’s that did a RS to move from the ASE to the NYSE and became listed under ENSCO. I held through the uplist and eventually sold for a better than 1000% gain.
Will SING be that one defying the odds and thrives? IDK but after holding for over two years I’m hanging in there to find out.
