We got clarification earlier. No scam…….just

ignorance.

They seek to attract investors that think sovereign immunity is a straw man argument “agin” their business model.

Yet we have had someone from the Bureau explain a foreign vessel located in state waters is not the property of the state…..on this message board!

Apparently SFRX’s BOD’s is too ignorant to understand that statement.

GL at Juno. Sovereign immunity doesn’t apply. It’s grandfathered.
