KRTL pps is really low now. Good buy or not?

Ever notice that sometimes when you think a stock will only go up, the company will pull a surprise move that will instantly turn the pps upside down. They can reinvent themselves as if it was magic.

KRTL don't have much to show for all it's efforts, along with half baked news, no updates, etc. I've grown leary. Very leary.
This certainly is a risky game.
