well it looks like 15 million shares @ .01 will hit very soon per new 8-K filed today!

In connection with such loan, the Company issued a common stock purchase warrant (the “Warrant”) to the July Investor immediately exercisable for up to an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of Common Stock, at an initial exercise price of $0.01 per share.
