RUSH RUSH ...the Govt of America rushing things !!......You need a job with the Govt to understand better !
Let me give you an Idea what it's like working for A Federal Govt Agency like the one I work for...In a normal civilian job it takes 2-4 weeks to fill a job vacancy. With the VA it takes at a " minimum " 6-8 MONTHS to fill a vacancy....get the picture ! They do nothing fast ...Nothing !!
