News about PDIV and USAL is not surprising.

After GNCP's potential default notice of May 18, 2022, USA Lithium Holdings Corporation changed its address from c/o GNCP to c/o PDIV when it renewed its Wyoming business license on August 15, 2022. The 2023 license renewal should occur any day now.

- The first question is, will new names will be added to USAL management?
- The second question is, does GNCP have a future without USAL?
