You are as guilty as the management and advisors who allowed this stock fraud to continue. More than 15,000 minority shareholders lost more than $125,000,000 to this blatant over the top SCAM.

Minority investors believed your lie that the DSC coin was backed by more than $100,000,000 in assets, it was not. In gact the DSC coin had 0 assets behind it. This LIE allowed management to steal $2,500,000 worth of DSC Coin sales.

To take this to a whole new level of blatant fraud, management of DSCR than consciously omitted this revenue and reporting requirement in ALL OTC Markets mandatory financial statements.

This is a perfect example of manangement scienter or state of mind. It shows how complicit all teh moving parts of this scam were including:

1. Legal;
2. Management;
3. CPA;
4. Transfer Agent.

These criminals belong in front of a judge answering for their crimes.
