Seab. I have no idea what you are trying to tell me nor what your facts are. Your previous post didn't make any sense on informal to formal. Now we know this has been escalated and the stock traded. Woopie. It would only escalate if the inquiry went sour IMO (its not an automatic as I believe you previously suggested). So now maybe the SEC has more than three areas of issue or the three areas have become larger in scope. All in all I would say it is worse than we knew before todays PR. If you cant face that Fact then thats your issue not mine. BTW what happened to the $25 mill PO disclosure? Thats seems to have disappeared. GLUCK!
