Big volume on no "official news"? The only catalyst

So I decided to message Rick to see if he could answer any questions. What i asked:

- Is the merger complete?
- are you planning a RS along with a buyback?
- are you going to be able to take this out of the OTC?
and i also asked, because I'm familiar with the process:
- are you a vendor with the Federal Gov?

Rick's responses:
- "We have thousands of units in the VA under our old partnership with Clorox."
- "Wish i could answer your other questions, need a week or so."

So he couldn't say if the merger was even complete, which likely means it is not. I don't think FINRA takes this long if there are not issues, so that's discouraging. I guess we'll see in a week or so. Not thrilled with that answer but at least he put a time frame on an answer, which now will give me something to use as a benchmark for what happens next....if we hear nothing in say 2 weeks, then the trust and confidence will diminish the longer it takes.

That was at 10:11am. Minutes later the buying started.

IMO Rick has still not yet learn the liabilities of making private statements via emails to individuals as the presumptive future owner/ control person of a public company. His saying "we need a week or so" clearly lit a fuse. Obviously most people took that hearsay as meaning FINRA approvals are about to be granted.

If he has any guidance to offer he needs to do it to EVERYONE at the SAME TIME via OFFICIAL channels.
