Correct, there’s the convertible note that needs to be addressed. And or we don’t know which insiders are still holding or what may have come off restriction. They wanted to sell the shares much higher with their PR pump earlier this year but that clearly didn’t work. Whoever is in charge here is clueless and just grabbing whatever cash they can. Total waste of a good set up due to inept management.
