ATADF: Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, Hecla acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of ATAC for consideration payable in shares of Hecla and in shares of a new exploration company, Cascadia Minerals Ltd. Each ATAC shareholder received 0.0166 of a Hecla share and 0.1 of a Cascadia share for each ATAC Share held.
