the Form 10 was filed in 2015, over 8 years ago....

we all know what the problem was, he hired a bum in Terry Johnson for the audit.

OK, I could live with that, because imo he did not know AND he said it would be refiled soon.

That was 2015...and he has continued to say it for 8 years.

Then there's the 2020 and 2021 Annual that claims 56,793 and 28, 849 for Legal and Axxounting.

None of this makes any sense, at all.

and NO ONE can answer this....


So I ask, was the Library Valuation touted in 2018 a lie, or what exactly ?
