...the claims are that there are open proceedings now versus GVSI from the prior management.

Actually, I thought the claim (at least after GS withdrew that appeal) is that the original adverse decision by FINRA to former managements request of a name change, ticker symbol change and reverse split, STILL STANDS (but it still seems to be confused with some sort of "open proceeding".) So, while I agree that there is currently "No open proceeding" against $GVSI, there's still that adverse FINRA ruling which is no longer being appealed.

So, has the problem(s) which was the cause of the original adverse FINRA decision been corrected? If not, then why would any new corporate action submitted by GS result in a DIFFERENT decision by FINRA? Imo, it wouldn't! Well, UNLESS, perhaps, that "agreement" GS talked about has resulted in FINRA/SEC allowing $GVSI to by-pass whatever problem(s) that was the cause of that adverse FINRA decision. If so $GVSI may be good to go. If not, well...

But still wondering why GS hasn't told shareholders about that agreement.

So, has this on-going argument finally been put to bed?

I doubt it. wink
