PMCB reduced 48% of the outstanding shares in the tender offer

PharmaCyte had 8,708,101 shares of common stock outstanding following payment for the shares of common stock purchased in the tender offer.

And the price still does not go up.

Just shows no one trusts IROQUOIS to head a company. IROQUOIS is only out for themselves. Sice they took over, there is no operations and PMCB is now a shell.

Keep away from any company IROQUOIS controls.
