A formidable competitor for BrewBilt is Sierra Nevada. Sierra's new 85,000 square foot facility will be used with Riot to produce energy drinks. BRBL has many years of work ahead of them to even try to catch up.

BRBL's Phase II facility, when built, only has a 12,000 square foot and a 15,000 square foot building for hot and cold brews. But they'll also have a taproom and a separate restaurant, so they've been thinking ahead at least. Here's the link to the site plan for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Sierra Nevada also put out a Kombucha drink, back in 2020, that appears to be going strong.

In order for BrewBilt to compete, I'm sure they'll have to become a broad based beverage company as well. And that's one of the key reasons I'm sticking it out here. Yes, the dilution sucks, but my strong guess, and not investment advice, is that BrewBilt will continue to meet milestones in their production and sales, leading them to find conventional debt financing by the summer of next year to be able to start building their Phase II brewery, for all kinds of beverages. Gotta start somewhere!
