Well yeah fnm is not even part of this trial. Fmcc is. Fnma has nothing to do with it. The preferred shares trade at about the damage model this trial is moving to trial with

Warrants will be exercised and I expect the SPSPA to convert to common. Common thus have no security. Preferred will be made whole.
