Do the math. Common shareholders will be getting 15% of 100 million or 15 million shares, so let’s say there are 5 billion common shares…
15,000,000 divided by 5 billion (my arbitrary number) equals .003, so by my math you’re getting 3000 shares of Artizen for every million shares of Pervasip…
Again, my math is based on 5 billion shares of common stock outstanding of Pervasip, it’s an approximate number and I will recheck what the real number is but I think I’m not far off…

Your way may also be correct but you also need to remember that current common shareholders will be getting 15%, the 85% goes to debenture holders. I believe my way of calculating is more straightforward than yours but as I postulated mine is a guesstimate and shouldn’t be far off than what the final numbers will be…
