Really, a well known underwater explorer... lots of expertise there... LOL.

So there is no one, other than the CEO, who can promote RVA and N-assay. The COVID era was our best chance and last hope to get someone to buy in and market the products. RVA and N-assay are the only worthwhile patents they have left and obviously no one wants them. If by chance Bret and Faro sell the patents they pocket the money as they are in their names (golden tickets). None of it goes to the company. Also doesn't matter what Ant man does. He may get the symbol NNLX but nothing more. You would have no shares in Ant man's "new" NNLX, whatever becomes of it. Bret would still own the Hubbard facility and he and Faro the patents. Your broker can liquidate/close out your position in NNLX and you can take the loss this year.
