Several of us in Congress are also fighting to remove cannabis from schedule 1 drug classification as well.

An update on that: Dept of HHS is currently studying this possibility under Sec. Becerra, who recently indicated we may get a new marijuana scheduling decision by the end of this year (??)

Regardless of where HHS lands, this decision will have an enormous impact. Keep an eye out for this - we will, too!
