I think they will delay this deal for many many months.
Powgex is unheard of and has no credibility.
Company just formed in December.
Now they are looking for hundreds of millions to billions $.
This just sounds crazy.
How are people actually falling for this play?
Maybe this is why the stock crashed to $0.08.
I am not surprised at all.
Buyer beware.
