You really don't have much of a choice, do you? Take the shares and hope to make a few cents on the dollar of your original investment.....or wait for the BK and get nothing. It's understandable, and the logical decision.

But don't fool yourself....there will be no drilling or leaching.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
