FLOYD KURILOFF SHOULD ----
1. Ask the SEC to investigate this fraudulent behavior
2. Go after Adnan Shennib as a co-conspirator, after all he is the company's CTO - Divide and conquer strategy, Adnan also sold his company to Mattyboy and has been treated better than Floyd and at Floyd's expense.
3. Go after the Moore's personal interest in the office building!
4. Do a deal with VStock -- get them to provide information in exchange for removing them from the lawsuit. After all, VStock was only doing as their client directed.
5. Speak with as many of Mattyboy's former employees. Fraud is hard to hide!!
6. Make sure the TRO stays in effect. With this in place, Mattyboy can't sucker more people in and finance the lawsuit and more fraud!
7. Go after Kim Moore --- hard!! She is the CFO and should be held fully accountable for this mess. Her son is just stupid and a conman!! and her husband?? He's a thief!!!
I've read all of Kuriloff's 128 paragraphs in his complaint. Without exhibits it's 32 pages long.
It lays out quite a ride these last 2 years. There are email exhibits, never before seen side letters, contracts -- it's pretty damning!!

There is no coming back from this. Mattyboy isn't allowed to issue shares or dilute Floyd's position until the TRO is lifted, and i doubt it will be soon.
