Take it for what it is - do your own DD. My buddy is closely related to the president of Panama- Cortizo. He’s been told there is ZERO shortage of water in the canal and that at this time every year they cut the amount of water to a minimum at the canal. Nothing new and nothing that would jeopardize the flow of goods thru the canal. Again- do your own DD and make your own assumptions.
