Apparently, Dennis doesn't have control over the sale of the 297,000,000 shares that moved to "Unrestricted" this past Friday. The issuance of those 297Mil shares can be found on page F-42 of the 10-K. There must have been a 6 month restriction and it has expired. >>

In January 2023, the Company issued 297,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to a settlement of a former litigation matter.
