Cheap? This Turd has a acculmulated equity deficit from 1.8M USD. Further it has some strange toxic financing features like the preferred shares. There are 100M preferreds in the pipline which could be exchanged for commons by election of the holder. Further who is the holder right now? Hypur ventures? Is hypur ventures still active? My last concerning point is they put a sale sign in front of the company with the last 10q.So the current mgmt sees no future for this company and more worse they gave incentives for the sale (berman options). these are all red flags. good luck with your cheap shares.
