Worst investment ever. The mgmt is too old and unprofessional. At this price they should do a buyback but instead they want to sell the company and giving options away as incentive. This is just stupid. Doing a RS just to bringing the shareprice down? This was the worst thing they could do especially without communication. Yeah we know the company is for sale with a market cap of 600k USD. Nice job Dan you really suck.
