The debt that was cleaned was from the other company that owned the ticker before! If you want the ticker you take over the debt! They have cleared out all of that it had NOTHING to do with the companies they just bought!

We are now at month 4 of 6 it was March when the 8k said 6 months to close on the other companies soon we will find out either 3 things will happen.

1 they will have stop the agreement and that is over.

2. They need and extension of time from 6 months to x.

3. The deal will close!


They had I think 1.6 million before they bought the 2 companies. They needed like 4 or 5 million to buy LB companies. Why spend the 1.6 million on the other two if it’s a bad deal. Why not get the difference to close the “main” deal?

Something here will give the question is when and can you hold long enough for it!
