What part of the company had no control so you not get? If the company issues restricted shares 2 years ago and the time is up and they go unrestricted the company has no control over what I done with them!!!! The person(s) that got the shares felt for whatever reason they wanted to sell them! That’s it the company had no way of knowing what the person would do! They don’t have to inform the company no more then any of us do. If I want I could dump my 20+ million shares tomorrow and no one has any say but me!
