Even if a co has zero income...zero income !!!! it can cost the co almost 1 million dollars just in filings .
Ceo said he will only buy cos with income, that his team is work non stop .that was over 2 years ago..what has he done so far , bought two co's ..are they deep in debt?? Seems they needed some money, so whats the big deal, they are well to do , give the co the $140,000 and don't kill the co..ceo said he has extensive contacts , so whats 140,000 to save the co
