Why are there no rich people buying out any penny stocks at .0001, after so many reverse splits why isnt this company trading at a dime or a quarter, it seems to me the only ones profiting are those that shorted the stock and are closing out shorts with billions of shares issued at .0001 and just about every stock on the OTC board is trading down to .0001. Now if the DTCC is clearing certificate below .0001 they are involved with the SEC helping individuals that only shorted The original certificates Nothing makes sense because shareholders are just Ginea pigs
