all complaints against those decisions - "writing law" "court abusing power" etc.
all of those apply here

Power begets Power

For now (once again it appears) it is in the hands of the COURTS

not sure lifetime appointees never elected should be top gun - in either direction of politics (which is what these and a different decade decisions are -- power and politics)
