Good question. There is no definitive answer for that.

In fact previously news of a reverse merger would cause the stock to run. In this case a very small one.

I consider the merger a done deal until shown otherwise. It could not go through. But this seems to be an unlikely scenario in this case.

We have a solid company with earnings and has been around slowly building for 12 years ( could be wrong in the age). By all accounts a stand up CEO. Current deals and even psst are with the who’s who of the industry. They are known and respected at the top.

We are in the trips with a high share structure. Trips offer a lot of risk but also a lot of reward. It doesn’t take much to be up significantly.

Should you buy more with a possible RS? RS usually don’t work out well for us. Depends. You want volume on your end when these run. Trying to time the bottom is more luck than anything else. Unless you’re on charts every minute of every day, it’s just not feasible. Hedge your bets. Have some now and if it does drop prepare to double down. You win either way. Assuming of course that it’s going to run. But if you don’t think it’s going to run then why would you invest to begin with?

As for the devils advocate style posts. It’s All speculation and guessing. We don’t know when a RS will happen. Could be a year or two or not. Or could be right away. It’s not set.
Or the merger could not complete. As they point out.

However the potential here looks fantastic. There is nothing free in life. Yiu only get huge rewards with high risk. If you wait until everything is already certain, then it wil have run before you get in. You can still chase. Which I avoid like the plague. As it presents a different risk of very small gains snd even potentially buying at the top and having to wait for another run.

There is no definitive answer on how to play this. There are various ways depending on your risk tolerance, your thoughts on how this will go and your financial means. Good luck!
