I posted a short time ago they would move to Atlanta, because the 3 Georgians who joined the board lived in GA and all worked with and for Red Alert Group. It could be my imagination working overtime ? But I see that Red Alert Group has taken over TTCM, Hence La Mountain relinquishing control and relegated to a none productive position (probably soon to be cancelled , and his leaving the company).

It might be time for everyone to reread the June 5th 8 - K and the May 23rd 10 - K , I have read it numerous times and it is amazing what comes to light each time I go through it.

Plus they stated a Reverse Split within 45 days !!! It hasn't happened. According to what I have researched the RS is now obsolete and won't happen due to time restraints.
I should imagine Holly has not let the RS go through because if it did, TTCM's stock would drop and he amongst others would lose a lot of stock and reduction in his net worth.
