The audit is huge, I hope they do it.

If designed to be attached to and therefore released along with an S-1 Registration, this conveys the design to keep the road open to kick the can on releasing the audit.

Just do it.

If the audit is legit, the S-1 will fall into place to make Brookmount purr and hum.
