Is this whole deal a scam?????
Well let’s see.
BOPO is going to fund hundreds of millions of dollars into POWGEX which is a new unheard and unproven company.
Then POWGEX will invest $50 million back into BOPO. Very fishy.
Has POWGEX completed any projects? I don’t think so.
POWGEX website is only a few months old. Easy to check on go daddy. I did.
This whole deal seems Enron-ish to me.
I can’t wait to look back 1 year from now and see how this plays out.
I actually believe there will be excuses and delays and we will never hear about POWGEX again.
