How could analysts/fed predict the number of interest rate raise right when they even could not predict specific company stock price and interest rate direction right more often than not?

Would you bet with me: if fed indeed raise interest rate twice before down, I pay you 1 tesla share, otherwise you pay me 1 tesla share?
