The Rat JUST lied right to our faces............TWICE.

The Adderall offer was ALREADY made and The Rat ALREADY said it was acceptable.

Nov 15, 2022 Conference Call:

Question: "Does Elite now own all of Mikah's share of Adderall?"

The Rat: "No. The Board of Directors actually came up with a plan and and offer, which was acceptable. And then as soon as that happened we received an official notification from Lannett terminating the agreement, and we decided to go for sales and marketing group."

Sounds like Nasrat is reneging on Mikah ownership of Adderall. If Elite makes an offer and IF it is accepted (by Mikah/Nasrat). Funny, how the ownership of Adderall is now in question to Elite shareholders.
