Former shareholders will get a penny a share, according to this:

It was trading at 4 cents when cancelled. Standard bankruptcy re-org, got new financing, and those financiers and other creditors now own the majority of the company.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
