There was an auction that resulted in the sale of the Brand name (Overstock will now take on the Bed Bath & Beyond brand and name) and related IT and IP, and then a separate bid for the best leases, most of which went to Burlington Coat Factory. The only remaining auction or item is the interest shown in certain of the Buy Buy Baby Assets, and bids were due earlier this week by Wednesday. Once that is known we will know how much $$$$$ was netted to go toward partial payments to Secured Creditors, Unsecured Creditors and Bondholders. But the total net to BBBYQ from the leases and the brand name/it/IP, etc. was less than $40 Million, which is a mere drop in the bucket.
