Yes it does !!!!!!!!!!!!! But like the Mikah dealings and the loan to Elite, if the other 3 Directors were to say "NO" that is not in the best interest of Elite and it's shareholder's, it would not happen ............... If he arrogantly proceeded, there would be consequences !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
